Yes. It lives on your hosting, under your account, and every file is yours. Fonts and scripts are served from your own site, so there are no plugin subscriptions or third-party accounts to keep paying.
What happens when I need something changed?
Call or text me. Small changes I just make. Bigger ones I write up first so you know what they cost. You will not be handed a ticket system.
