A place I wanted to walk through again.

Personal experiment · Godot & Blender

Vesper’s bridges, bank, little shops, and boats on the water stayed with me. I made a small playable interpretation so I could wander through it again.

Built for the walk,
not a roadmap.

This is an unofficial Ultima Online fan tech demo, made for nostalgia and fun. It is not an official remake, a private server, or an upcoming MMO. It will not become a complete game.

You can walk the streets, watch the boats, fish, talk to characters, and follow a short delivery quest. The interest is in being there: the stone bridges over the canals, the waterfront, and the change in light.

I directed the project, supplied references, and playtested it. Godot and Blender carry the build, with OpenAI Codex assisting with programming, procedural modeling, and iteration. The public repository names the asset creators and includes the credits. This was not made entirely from scratch.

Take a look around.

The public build is a Windows x64 download. Extract the ZIP and keep Vesper.exe and Vesper.pck together. You do not need Godot, Blender, an account, or a server to play.

Use WASD to walk, hold the right mouse button to turn the camera, and press E to interact. The release page has the complete instructions.
